• Job Details:• Receive the demands for vehicles, materials and personnel’s at working sites and satisfy these demands by working hand in gloves with the warehouse and site heads. • Deliver finished products such as semi constructed platforms, welded pipes etc • Fleet management • Manage drivers • Supervise everything that entails vehicles and machines maintenance (pick-ups and cranes and forklifts) • Develop management tools • Control handling processes • Provide the necessary follow up of vehicle documentation such as “vistie technique” etc • Assign drivers daily task • Assist my boss (GENERAL MANAGER) in following the supply chain process from receiving order to purchasing and finally to distribution and limit he’s task on appropriate making decisions. • Control and manage drivers as well as auto mechanic and auto electricians • Provide transportation means for materials to be deposited at sites

• Job Details:• Receive request from workers and engineers on articles required • Contact suppliers for products availability • Determine the cheapest price with good quality • Draw a contract and order the product. • Verify the good delivered. • Prepare materials for construction sites • Stock Inventory • Receive delivered materials from suppliers • Supervise the Loading and Offloading of trucks, containers etc. • Follow up the repairs of machines used for construction • Assist in managing the warehouse
