- Job Details:Principal Accountabilities : Daily Tasks:- • Calculate the planned cost for any received inquiry based on the estimated BOM and Routing provided by design department in comply with our client’s specifications. • Prepare a P&L statement for each individual order to evaluate its profitability using break-even point calculations. • Review received client’s POs and match it with our provided offer in terms of quantities, prices, terms and conditions to ensure that all are going as planned. • Control over warehouse in terms of complying purchased and dispatched quantities with our PO and SO. • Review purchase prices in our PO before execution to ensure that it matches the average prices. • Re-evaluate purchased materials by allocating freight, customs and any other related costs to the received items. • Open Actual Job-Costing sheet for every job and follow up executing job orders and accumulating actual direct costs. • Check all Purchase requests, Expenses Payment requests before execution to ensure that it comply and stay within the budget, otherwise approvals are required for execution. Monthly Tasks:- • At the end of month after all month expenses are recorded, perform month-end closing procedures:- - Review all job orders which executed during the month completed and not-completed (getting completion percentage) - Review ledger entries related to manufacturing costs, and rectify it whenever needed to be more accurate. - Assessment the costs of service departments to production cost centers. - Allocating manufacturing overhead costs (indirect costs) to all job orders based on the completion percentage. - Finally settlement all job orders to calculate its actual cost and evaluate the finished and WIP inventory. • Prepare report comparing the actual cost with the planned cost per order and highlighting the variances with its reasons and justifications if any. • Prepare budget performance report compare the actual amounts and results to the budgeted, then highlighting the variances with its justification if any. Other Tasks:- • Build the company’s budget (OPEX) and (CAPEX) for fiscal year 2016-2017 with co-ordination of all departments and supervision of finance manager, and modify it whenever needed as the circumstances change to be flexible budget. Achievements:- • Designed and implemented an integrated job-order costing system suit the company’s activity. • Calculated the break-even point for the company and used it in many useful practices.

- Job Details: Principal Accountabilities : Daily function tasks: • Control over storage locations. And follow up the (store-transfers). • Control over prices of purchased materials and component using 3 way matches. • Review production orders and analyze their cost according to Standards. • Review Plant Maintenance Orders. Then report the notes to the engineers. • Review rework orders and control over spoilage (defected) and scrap. • Estimate the cost for any given new product. Accordingly the management decide to produce it or not. Monthly function tasks: • Count the physical inventory on hand to make sure that it agrees with the accounting records and post its differences after investigating and getting justification. • Perform Period-End Closing Cycle, Taking into account the reconciliations entries. • Prepare the monthly final report of performance evaluation include some ratios and indicators like productivity, inventory turnover and cost of machine hour etc. Achievements: • Efficiently assisted in the implementation of SAP ERP (Costing Module), and developed some reports. • Executed many studies to evaluate some proposals to help the management in choosing among different alternatives. • Strongly helped in achieving the goal of the management related to cost reduction.
