General Manager Finance Full Time

• Job Details: Organize the internal regime of the corporation, use the corporation seal, issue correspondence, and oversee that the accounting is up to date.  Issue certificates regarding the content of the GSM or Board sessions minutes, books of accounts or corporation records.  Submit the projects for annual reports and financial statements, annual budgets, work programs and other activities to the Board of Directors for approval.  Execute the Business Plan approved by the Board and propose amendments to such Plan.  Prepare and execute the budget approved by the Board of Directors and propose amendments to such budget.  Assign the investment of available funds which are not necessary for the immediate company operations.  Direct accounting processes, overseeing the compliance of applicable legal regulations.  Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.  Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits  Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations with funders and pension plan requirements, as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive management, as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and Board of Directors.  Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff.  Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.  Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.  Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets

• Job Details: Completion of Monthly Financial Activity including preparation of Financial Consolidated Statement and Key performance indicators KPI`s.  Maintain SAP database FI and SD modules.  Maintain the Controlling Function of SAP “CO-Module”.  Monthly FI Controlling Closure and Releasing over/under cost absorption.  Preparation of Monthly W/T Payment to the Tax Authority “DZIT”.  TM1 Preparation of Yearly Budget Plan Including Investment Planning –Profit and cost Analysis and Financial Planning.  Preparation of HB1 and HB2 Analysis between GAAP and IFRS.  Yearly Financial Statement Closing.  Adhere to the Group Auditor Instructions for Yearly Group Audited Financial Statement.  Obtaining required procedures and operations for applying the local Audit requirements.  Yearly TAX – ZAKAT Calculation and maintenance.  TWIX Preparation for Cash Flow And Month to Month Financial Plan in order to obtain the Yearly Liquidity Plan.  Preparing performance appraisals for department Employees and following planned goals and targets.
