Junior Engineer

• Job Details:Lead and support new product introduction (NPI), monitoring production efficiency, drive quality improvements, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensure customer satisfaction, handling 2 SMT lines individually in a shift, responsible for change over of complete SMT machines and process, responsible for daily process audits and generating reports for the same, responsible to program, maintain and troubleshoot the various EMS equipment such as SMT screen printers (DEK, MPM, GPX-CS), router machine (Getech) & pick and place machine (CP643E, IP3, NXT), graphic code (GC programming), SMT (BTU, JT) reflow ovens, responsible to schedule and carry out the PM (preventive maintenance) of all the SMT machines, responsible to analyze the line issues by conducting 5-why analysis technique to arrive at root cause, responsible for training junior subordinates, regular follow up of technicians towards higher yield and planned output of SMT line, analysis of equipment downtime & improvement actions to minimize it.
