• Job Details:Conduct grid connection feasibility assessments for new locations and contribute to grid-related insights using power factory. Submission and administration of transmission offer reviews, transmission and distribution connection applications. Proficient understanding of design and specification of medium and low voltage electrical networks, as well as knowledge of relevant engineering software. Proficient knowledge of the electricity transmission and distribution network, with understanding of core elements, ideally with a strong focus on HVDC or FACTS devices. Building strong ties with clients and serving as the point of contact between customer and organisation. Proficient understanding of stability, protection coordination, harmonics, insulation coordination and arc flash analysis. Preparing technical reports, calculations, and presentations to communicate results and recommendations. Proficient understanding of the grid code and the compliance studies.
