• Job Details:Manage flow of goods from source point and reach to destination as per schedule for 3 Railway Projects (Arab El raml to Alexandria corridor "190 KM" & Cairo Benha corridor "40 Km" and Asyut Nagah Hamadi corridor "220 Km"). Delegate of Head of Logistics in meetings, setting Logistics budget, workload and managing people. Check purchase orders, invoices, quantity and quality of goods. Coordinate and control the cycle of transportation. Perform logistic data analysis, identify glitches, and improve performance. Find new and cost-effective solutions to minimize logistical problems. Maintain records of received goods and dispatch goods Manage the lifting operations and processes for huge equipment dispatch to the Site railway stations in accordance with HSE compliance. Plan material dispatch with Site managers, installation subcontractors and 3PL. Monitor the Warehouses performance for operations costs and processes. Ensure effective management of stock control.

Warehouse LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:Oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking and packing activities within the warehouses. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy. Ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and HSE procedures and complying with legal regulations. Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. Interface with sites engineers & managers and stakeholders to set plans and provide solutions. Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages. Inspect condition of materials and equipment Negotiating transportation costs with providers.

Quality SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:Analyzes/audits live chats, service incident data, emails, and customer surveys to identify areas of service delivery that did not meet pre-established performance standards within the provided service. Provides structured and timely recommendations; verbal and/or written feedback to Quality Manager, Call Center leadership, Call Center operations, analysts and the Service Quality teams. Coach advisors, setting & highlight Smart Goals in order to improve quality performance. Observe trends and make recommendations for improving work processes and procedures.
