• Job Details:I. Accountable to Controls Manager for timely and accurate input of data, thorough and accurate review and analysis of schedules, and timely and accurate document production. II. Identify key schedule and progress issues to project and project controls management to allow timely corrective action III. Develop the schedule for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and validation activities. IV. Tracks and reports progress against the baseline schedule and continuously monitors risks and opportunities as well as proactively develops scenarios, mitigation or Recovery plans required. V. Report on schedule progress including EV (earned value) and PV (planned value) and deviations within all functions and parties involved in the project VI. Agree on the Project Measurement System (PMS) and key indicators with the Employer during the Project for monitoring purposes

Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:A. Responsible for developing and Submitting Weekly reports, S–curves, dashboards, Monthly reports, Civil, Architecture and MEP material and manpower histograms to all the stakeholders. B. Involved in weekly progress meetings with the Consultant and Management Teams to negotiate and settle site progress, commercial, issues, and contractual matters C. Guided and assisted the Project Team in resolving all contractual issues, and delays D. Knowledgeable with FIDIC contracts, High-quality analytical reports, and monitoring contract correspondence E. Responsible for submitting E.O.T and delay analysis using (SCL protocol delay and AACE recommended practice 29R‐03) F. Investigate for potential delay events, Prospective and retrospective delay analysis, Contractual management for claim preparation, and Prepare early warning letters in regard to potential delay events
