Conducted hardness, tensile, spectrometry, salt spray, and pull-out tests to ensure product compliance with industry standards. Ensured product traceability from raw material to final product using batch and heat treatment numbers. Developed and implemented a comprehensive QC plan focusing on material identification, process flow, and documentation. Leveraged QC lab results to optimize heat treatment processes and validate product conformity.

CNC Workshop Engineer

• Job Details:Programmed and operated CNC turning and WEDM machines for part duplication and manufacturing. Measured components with vernier calipers and created SolidWorks models for production. Designed and built a threading machine including its electrical control circuit. Maintained hydraulic systems including the replacement of O-rings, limit switches, and push buttons.
