Quality Control Manager

• Job Details:Monitor product development processes to identify deviations from quality policies. Prepare and update quality plans, procedures & processes. Implement and maintain documents for halal, QMS (ISO 9001-2015), FSMS (ISO 22000-2018), EMS (ISO 14001-2015), OH&S (ISO 45001-2018) standards. Conduct internal audits for compliance of quality, food safety, halal, environment & health safety management systems as per customer regulatory requirements. Documentation of PFA, KP Food Authority & PSQCA for product registration & implement regulatory laws. Develop & implement standards related to juice manufacturing. Conduct R&D of new products & continual improvement in existing products. Conduct & monitor the analysis/inspection of incoming raw & packaging materials and also finished products to ensure compliance with set specifications. Review & improve existing processes & product specifications. Develop laboratory SOPs, standards & procedures. Ensure the GMP follows by plant personnel & raise relevant issues during the shift. Take immediate action in case of any non-compliance noticed during analysis & line monitoring. Handle & resolve market complaints & follow up corrective actions. Maintain laboratory area & equipment in good working & tidy condition for safety requirements & maintain calibration status of lab instruments internally & externally.

Food Technologist

• Job Details:Implementation of online process quality & quantity control checks. Checking and improving product specifications and labeling. Product & personnel safety management, monitoring and evaluation of the plant & personnel hygiene. Development, documentation & ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system & food safety management systems. Plan, organize and conduct internal audits against these management systems.
