• Job Details:Project: At Data Center (Command control center-CCC building) at new administrative ▪ Responsibilities: ➢ Review and verify Specifications / BOQ/Designs/ Technical calculation/Material Submittals/Installation details for Mechanical systems such as (firefighting, HVAC ) ➢ Review all HVAC drawings from sizing and flow as per code and design drawing ➢ Review all Fire Fighting drawings (water sprinkler &Gas system & Fire hydrant network) from sizing and routing as per code and design drawing ➢ Make composite drawings between all MEP activities . ➢ Review and Prepare all mechanical calculations such as ( Load Estimation, Static Head and flow for HVAC Pumps ,firefighting pump and static calculation for AHU, FCU and fans according to NFPA , ASHRAE, SMACNA , Carrier and Egyptian code with engineering software such as HAP, Duct sizer ,Pipe sizer and ASHRAE duct fitting. ➢ Prepare RFI for all modifications and any problems in tender drawings and BOQ with the project consultant. ➢ Review and do calculations for thermal and building Expansion joint using different techniques ➢ Do quantities survey & Project Time Schedule. ➢ Do invoices for client ➢ As built drawings for any modification and technical calculation according to site conditions. ➢ Attend all formal meetings with owner& consultant and suppliers

• Job Details:• Position: Site Mechanical Technical office engineer • Project: At District Cooling Station 3 (10000T.R) Al kayan110 Project ▪ Responsibilities: ➢ Review and verify Specifications / BOQ/Shop drawings/ Designs/ Technical calculation/Material Submittals/Method of statement/Installation details for Mechanical systems such as (firefighting, plumbing, HVAC ,Fuel system ) ➢ Make inspection for all material upon delivery to site and before installation. ➢ Review and Prepare all mechanical calculations such as ( Load Estimation, Static Head and flow for HVAC Pumps ,firefighting pump and Submersible pump, static calculation for AHU, FCU and fans according to NFPA, IPC, ASHRAE, SMACNA , Carrier and Egyptian code with engineering software such as HAP, Duct sizer and ASHRAE duct fitting. ➢ Prepare RFI for all modification and coordination works with the project consultant. ➢ Review and do calculations for thermal and building Expansion joint using different techniques ➢ Review Hydraulic calculation for Fire fighting Gas system (Co2& Foam &Novec) . ➢ Do quantities survey & Project Time Schedule. ➢ Do invoices for subcontractor and client ➢ As built drawings for any modification and technical calculation according to site conditions. ➢ Coordinate between all MEP Drawings at site . ➢ Attend all formal meetings with owner& consultant and suppliers.
