• Job Details:Supervising and monitoring all the sites and checking and verifying the survey data according to RFI and site as-built data. Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles. Revise survey shop drawing & QS of earth work (backfilling & excavation), and design of roads. Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculation conducted and survey sites. Layout all kinds of roads and building surveys and preparation of level and data sheets. Study operational problems and recommend changes when needed. Preparation of drawing and section with as-built coordinates of the site. Verify the accuracy of stakeout of column, footing, excavation, sewerage lines, water lines, electric lines, manholes, curb stone, and road works. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps reports and legal description of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. Record the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. Keep detailed and accurate records of crew activities survey data. Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of several field survey crews. Represent the company in a professional manner both on and off the job to include confidentiality of company and client business.
