Project Control ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Duties: *Review the schedules and related documents from the contractor including monthly reports and analyses the content to ensure compliance with project objectives *Establish and maintain consistent and adequate administration procedures, in their field. These procedures will be followed across the project by the respective planners working under the contractor side. *Assist in the defense / approval of any claim for time extension or major change to the schedule. *Assist in the implementation of the “Project Execution Plan' *Establish and agree project reporting procedures, prepare and present monthly project progress *Review schedule trends to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action to management. *Monitor actual progress against planned progress *Monitor engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement and construction and commissioning status *Prepare progress monitoring tools for the management and monitoring of the above mentioned schedules. Monitor progress both on and off site. • Job Details:Duties: *Preparing projects baseline, revised and recovery packages. *Planning, scheduling and updating project timelines & milestones using appropriate tools. *Preparing periodic progress and performance monitoring and control reports.Preparing EOT claims using various Delay Analysis Techniques as per contract clauses. *Monitoring and controlling project risks using risk register and other risk controlling tools. *Preparing and suggesting corrective and preventive action plans.Review and monitor construction programs for execution through updating on weekly and monthly basis. *Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly progress reports. *Develop Master Schedules for projects in (Tender and Pre-detailed Schedule) stages. *Prepare Consolidated Reports. *Prepare Project Budget Zero Report according to Tender Budget. *Control and monitor of projects cost data against budget including verifying and checking of all cost related documents issued for suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that all expenditures are captured and properly allocated, and issuing detailed cost reports that highlight and analyze deviations. *Receive and review (subcontracts, amendments, invoices, suppliers purchase orders (in terms of calculations accuracy, compliance with budgeted rates and adequacy of payment terms). *Maintain and update records of suppliers and subcontractors agreements and withdrawals/ invoices values. *Capture and allocate the project actual expenses and revenues from the subcontractors’ invoices, material withdrawals cost evaluation sheets, invoices to client, self-execution works wages/ petty cash (when applicable), and finance cost walk to their relevant codes in the project CBS. *Prepare project Cash flow. *Prepare provision and analysis of any costs related to claims *Provide ad-hoc cost reports when required in coordination with related parties. *Develop & Update Executive report & Dashboards for top Management.Manage & Supervise project management team via assigning team responsibilities.
