• Job Details:Undertaken social media, customer service and food hygiene. Became familiarized with office work using work email to respond to complaints from other students. Adapted to the work environment in UK where I got tasks, weekly rota and getting feedbacks from my managers.

Mechanical Engineering Intern

• Job Details:Obtained two weeks internship at two different companies that are licensed and responsible to deliver technician support for CAT and BMW where I job shadowed an engineer who is supervising technicians to maintain efficiency while working with technicians to learn about how to troubleshoot machines and cars. Used Mantrac software to check part numbers before replacing faulty parts from one machine to another. Assembled wheel group for tractors. Learned how to replace cooling tank and check if it's still leaking or giving false indicator from the sensor. Replaced brake pads, brake rotors and brake sensors which detect if the brake rotor got worn. Used BMW diagnostic scanner to read measurements that can detect problems such as blocked catalytic converters beside operating endoscope to inspect cause of blockage.
