• Job Details:• Provide remote support operations for Huawei Telecom Customers over Africa and Middle East to ensure availability of applications as per SLA • Handling customer requests related to VAS products especially Data Service products which includes SMSC, MMSC, I2000, USSD, USAU, ASAU • Participated in constructing Egypt TAC – A&S Team test environment including ATAE and OceanStor Storage installation and successfully constructed SMSC test environment • Orange Tunis VAS Cloud proje • Trouble-shooting and CDR an • Providing support for the OS h Solaris

UNIX SUPPORT ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:• Performs activities related to implementation, maintenance and support of SUN Solaris platf and systems • Provide system administration for critical serversInstall software, manage file systems and monitor performance • System failure analysis and recovery • Handling customer requests related to the job responsibilities • Troubleshooting any errors related to the servers HW and any operating system issues
