• Job Details:• Management Reporting: Monthly Profit and Loss Accounts along with analysis of variances for all business lines includes New cars sales, Used cars sales, Lease, Parts and Services. • Fixed Asset Management: Responsible of Fixed Assets Module to monitor fixed assets activities, depreciation, additions, deletions and transference. • Budgeting & GM Reporting: Involves in the preparation/compilation of Budgeted profit and loss statements with all relevant details. Prepare financial reports for GM as and when required as per standard of GM reporting. • Yearend Reports: Prepare, analyze year-end financial reports includes Balance sheet, P&L statement and Cash flow to ensure the numbers are in line with company policies and procedures and provide assistance to external auditors. Cash Flows: Prepare actual and forecasted cash flow with closely co-ordination with treasury, sales and import divisions, analysis and scouting of major.
