• Job Details:Tender Document Review: Thoroughly review tender documents, including drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), contractual terms, and site conditions, to understand the full scope of work and identify any ambiguities or risks. Quantity Surveying: Conduct accurate quantity takes-offs from drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive BOQs for various trades. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for all project components, including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, overheads, and profit margins. Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination: Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions. Prepare comparative statements for analysis. Risk Assessment: Identify potential commercial and technical risks associated with tenders and develop mitigation strategies and contingencies. Proposal Preparation: Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company guidelines. Clarifications & Negotiations: Prepare and submit tender clarifications and attend pre-bid meetings and negotiation sessions with clients. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on material costs, labor rates, and industry trends. Bid Handover: Facilitate a smooth handover of successful bids to the project execution team, providing all relevant cost data and contractual information.

• Job Details: Projects: • Company Projects. (Residential, Commercial and Educational).  Detailed Description: • Cost Estimation & Cost Control. • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the Senior QS. • Pricing the different business items and following up their implementation at the estimated cost • Head of the Technical and Financial Committee to select a general contractor, sub-contractors and Suppliers for the works. • Follow up and finalize adding the needed description for all the items needed (items (structure work) – vendor/supplier list) in order to finalize the technical offer. • Conduct comparison studies for suppliers and subcontractors’ quotations and develop breakdown cost estimations in response to the client's BOQ and specific requirements. • Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports. • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new tendering practices. • Coordinate with Operations, Contracts & Procurement Departments to monitor and review variation orders and update database of projects accordingly, identify cost, budget, cash flow and schedule impact of proposed changes.
