• Job Details:I worked as Inspection Engineer. Project title: power Supply Skids for WIC (Water Injection Cluster), BAB Development (Phase 1) Project end user: ABU DHABI COMPANY FOR ONSHORE OIL OPERATIONS (ADCO). Project deliverables: Power Skids Steel Fabrication, Welding& Painting, MV/LV Transformers, MV/LV Switchgear. – UPS, NER. - Soft Starter, Fire & Gas System, Lighting System, HVAC system. Responsibilities:  Inspection of steel structure dimensions and welding verification on the basis of approved testing procedures & ITPs (Inspection and Test Plan)  Material validation (against which reference document)  Performing frequent audits at Manufacturer factory to verify the execution progress in terms of activities and available manpower  Reporting the audits outcomes to the project manager Experiences gained:  Understanding the concept of electrical protection and its techniques  Electrical power distribution system.  Steel manufacturing, Welding procedures, Painting procedures.  Leader ship and Project Management techniques.  Understanding of the project lifecycle starting from the kick off meeting till the project closing  Project Documentation.
