• Job Details:● Design and lead the implementation of a beneficiary’s assessments to identify their basic needs and provide an appropriate intervention, including client’s preference services. ● Identify innovative approaches related to skills training and entrepreneurship to ensure flexible and relevant implementation based on the needs of beneficiaries. ● Receiving referrals from the Protection Unit and providing appropriate assistance such as non-food items and shelter equipment in a timely manner. ● Engage in outreach activities related to the project with community members, local NGOs, and private sector contacts. ● Coordinated the launch of assessments, key informant interviews, and focused group discussions on livelihood as well as the participation in project evaluations and assisted on the results analysis.
