• Job Details:•Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ, RFI, correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details. •Prepare detailed mechanical engineering designs and calculations for HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems. •Prepare all required shop drawings and achieve required approvals. •Discuss and suggest technical proposals for design drawings and resolve conflicts between mechanical components and architectural and coordination work. •Collect all required samples from procurement and achieve required approvals. •Prepare RFIs and send them to the consultant to obtain missing information and resolve all conflicts. •Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be procured. •Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices. •Supervised the Installation process for HVAC, Firefighting, and plumping systems according to design standards and codes. •Supervised the Installation process for HVAC DX systems like (Package Units, VRV, CCD, floor/ceiling units and Split units), and chilled water systems (FCU & AHU). •Supervised the Installation process for firefighting like (water mist sys, wet pipe sys, Fire Pump room, co2, fm200, FHC, and fire hydrant). •Supervised the Installation process for plumbing systems like (dual pipe system in sewage and booster system in water). •Install infrastructure for FIRE FIGHTING, SEWAGE, and Domestic WATER NETWORK. •Performing all necessary tests for HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing components. •Preparing as-built drawings at the end of the project.
