• Job Details:Our Company is Responsible for the Renovation of the Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel , As the work is being done in phases My responsibility is all the mechanical works in the project: 1- Responsible of the mechanical works for " Riviera Restaurant " including the kitchen. 2- Responsible for the renovation of the Laundry & Boiler Room. 3- Responsible for the Renovation of Floor 25,26&27 including all Fan coils and bathrooms. 4- Responsible of the mechanical works for " Byblos Restaurant " including the kitchens 5- Responsible of the mechanical works for the pool area including the cabanas and the upper deck restaurant.

Mechanical Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: 1- Studying the technical specifications and the drawings given by the customer. 2- Sending to suppliers to get quotations. 3- Evaluating suppliers’ offers technically, commercially and the delivery time. 4- Studying the design and determining the best equipment for each customer. 5- Working with all departments to insure the best prices for each brand in each offer. 6- Preparation of technical documentation and datasheets.

Mechanical site engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for: 1- External water supply network 2- External firefighting network 3- External irrigation network 4- Fuel system network and T&C for generators 5- External Drainage network 6- Installation of underground Duct for Pump rooms HVAC system
