Surveillance Officer

• Job Details:To operate the monitor of system within the control center in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedure, legislation, and code of practice. Monitoring of permanent and alarm activated CCTV system including manual control of camera to facilitate the monitoring of live incidents. Incident reporting / daily occurrence logbook maintenance / maintenance logbook (fault and repaired). Access control / key control and CCTV patrolling. Monitoring fire alarm system including the use of fire control panel system and panic alarm. Maintaining surveillance equipment and devices for emergency response. Two-way radio communication and provide high quality service. Assisting security duty manager in case of crises, emergency and investigation may be covered by CCTV. Perform general office tasks such as paperwork, typing & use of computer, filling, calculating. Support and implement all necessary actions as indicated by the company. Support all the team members, to ensure all tasks are done as per the departmental SOPs. Ability to direct the work of other employees effectively. Perform other functions that may be assigned. Deal with the comments, inquiries and complaints. Assisting other departments in achieving smooth operations. Ability to work various shifts, additional hours or overtime depending on service needs. Responsible for all the aspects of the daily operation in department.
