• Job Details:-Assist in Reviewing tender scope of work against company capabilities & scope of services. -Prepare RFQs for material and services and coordinate with Supply chain departments for obtaining required outsourcing offers. -Prepare offer/bids & submission requirements in coordination with proposals coordinator. -review technical submissions from other supporting departments. -technical offer preparation & ensure all client requirements are included. -Assist in preparing budget comparison sheets for different material and services in coordination with procurement department. -Assist in preparing project budget /cost & time schedule. -Respond to client clarifications during bid evaluation 10. Design EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Technically supported all group's business units, mainly: United Kingdom, Nigeria, Egypt and Iraq. • Analyzed tender documents and technical specifications to design tailored solution to meet clients' requirements. Applied in-depth knowledge of CATERPILLAR Engines/Generator-sets to configure them based on load analysis and sizing reports, ensuring optimal performance and maximum efficiency. • Reached out and coordinate with sub suppliers to provide a complete package for the client. • Designed and quoted electromechanical systems and attachments: (Alternators, Radiators, Control Panels, HMI system, Synchronization modules, Firefighting systems, Fire and Gas Detection Systems, Soundproof Enclosures, and Explosion- proof "EXD" instruments). •Submit technical clarifications replies, compliance sheets, data sheets, and bidding documents. • Conduct detailed cost analyses and provide alternative options for specific deals, aiding division management in negotiations with customers. • Preparing Technical & financial offers including quotations, submittals and tenders (catalogues, samples, compliance sheets, single line diagram SLD, General assembly drawings GAD, etc)
