• Job Details: Managed a team of site managers, project engineers, QC engineers, planning engineers, contractors etc.  Reporting to Vice President.  Negotiating and finalizing vendors / contractors and issuing work orders / purchase orders for different types of civil and hydro-mechanical works and equipments.  Managing the projects from licenses, approvals, mobilization to completion of the works.  Capable to plan ahead, set the targets of work and to implement plan efficiently and safely.  Managing and controlling all day to day construction activities.  Managed daily / weekly / monthly meetings with contractors, vendors and setting targets to them.  Giving all the necessary information and precautions to the site managers prior to start of any activity.  Prepare, maintain and update detailed works for planning and budgeting, resources and material in MS Project or Primavera  Prepare the production of monthly progress report for both internal purposes and submittals to client.  Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluate reports.  Monitoring the site works and checking the day to day progress.  Coordinating between site, client, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors etc from head office.  Certifies Subcontractor bill of payments.  Manage and control proper utilization of Resources, procurement and Manpower.  Resolution of technical, progress, review meetings, financial issues due to change scope of works or variation and implementation of construction activities to complete Project on time  Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays.  Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule  Coordinate and liaise with the contractors and site team in relation to planning and programming matters for the various interfaces that exist on the project.  Budgeting of project, cash flow, resource planning & its allocation.  Project monitoring, strategic planning in achieving turnover and margin as per project estimate.  To oversee the manufacturing phase involving traveling to the project site and monitoring the employees working on the project.  BOQ as per item rate analysis, Estimation of standard quantities.  Handled the entire purchase system including the services.

Senior Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Worked as Planning head and Coordinated with the team at construction site.  Assisted Project Manager in floating queries, tenders documenting, negotiating and finalizing the contractors.  Planning the project by using MS-Project (Scheduling & Budgeting).  Prepare the production of monthly progress report for both internal purposes and submittals to client.  Monitor and report design review progress to client in monthly engineering coordination meetings.  Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays.  Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule  Sub-contractor bills checking & planning for cost control, approval of contractor work orders.  Preparation of Running account bills and communicating with clients for approval the same.  Quantity Surveying & Estimating and costing of various industrial structures.  Maintained daily meetings with contractors and setting targets to them.  Monitoring and assisting site project team on the execution of project to ensure the objective of time, cost and quality are met  Prepare and submit Extension of time and cost impact  Review and approve the QA plan, analyze claims submitted by the sub contractors and supervise the sub contractors in all matters concerning quality, safety and progress of works and preparation of progress reports.  Monitored and supervised in the construction of rotating equipments like boilers, conveyors, Turbines and Generator foundations etc  Has experience even in the purchasing of various construction materials (eg: Cement, TMT bars, Structural steel, DG Sets, HDPE pipes, CGI Sheets & Color coated sheets, anchor bolts, PVC & Rubber water stoppers, electrical accessories like HT & LT aluminum conductors, motor pumps, safety equipments etc)  Negotiated and finalized in selection of different constructional equipments like mobile batching plant, concrete pumps, dozer, excavators, back hoes, Hyvas (Dumpers), plate and needle vibrators, shuttering material etc.
