Working as part of the sales team providing excellent customer service. Occasionally negotiating with customers on price. Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and concerns. Store Manager

• Job Details:Receiving customer complaints and work to resolve them. Respond to customer inquiries. Explain the company's offers to the client properly. The customer is always right. Ensuring customer satisfaction in the shortest possible time. Transfer of repeated complaints to the competent department. Writing daily and weekly reports on the progress of work plan. Weekly follow-up to the customers to know their impression about the company.
