• Job Details:• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. • Collaborate with the class teacher to implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons, play-based learning activities that support the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development. • Encourage children's language development, creativity, autonomy, and social skills in an inclusive setting. • Provide verbal feedback and give individual attention to students to help them build confidence and independence. • Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor and support each child's growth. • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully organised classroom. • Weekly discussion with the class teacher to review child's achievement, discuss weekly plan, and brainstorm for different types (sensory play, pretend play, physical play, constructive play, and exploratory play) of indoor and outdoor activities. • Attend parent meetings with teacher. • Monitor children in corridors, garden, and specialist lessons. • Attend specialist lessons (PE and Arabic) for behaviour and emergency situations. • Supervise and observe during garden time. • Cover other teachers or LSAs if absent. • Encourage children to finish eating their breakfast and lunch meals. • Help children organise their belongings, and end-of-day packing. • Set up pre-prepared activities indoor and outdoor in the morning and clean up at the end of the day.
