• Job Details:o Developing and supervising Vulnerability assessments for Cash assistantship & Child-Centered Interventions specially in the context of emergencies o Reviewing and enhancing projects’ narrative reports in addition to developing all reports on M&E activities and learning findings for effective and clear communication materials delivered to the donors o Documenting lessons learned & recommendations for future implementation o Designing and establishing Learning and knowledge management systems within my respective projects in order to enhance project’s adaptation and implementation quality o Designing and leading Gender assessments and analysis within Syrian and Egyptian host communities through applying different qualitative and quantitative tools for monitoring genders norms and dynamics o Contributing to gender mainstreaming in projects design to ensure a gender transformative approach in services and interventions delivered to communities o Leading research studies on Migration trends, pushing and pulling factors for irregular migration within Syrian and Egyptian communities. o Leading National Longitudinal studies on COVID-19 within Egyptian communities o Supervising National Need Assessments on COVID-19 in different contexts, and providing full analysis on needed interventions according to qualitative and quantitative tools findings o Conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis and disseminating research findings to inform decision makers through regular meetings with senior management o Providing technical support during projects design based on the organization’s learning system o Leading and supervising Evaluation studies for assessment objectives o Leading and supervising M&E activities and research studies in multidisciplinary development projects in various fields such as economic empowerment, child protection, disaster response management, and Gender Based Violence o Developing M&E tools and analysis frameworks in order to track and evaluate the projects’ success indicators progress o Cascading findings of different research activities and data collections to inform Plan International Egypt programme policies and implementation o Designing and conducting longitudinal studies and econometric analysis to pinpoint economic empowerment interventions impact on beneficiaries’ life conditions o Conducting trainings on M&E for partnered community developments associations to ensure better implementation for the project’s tools and approaches o Establishing Community Feedback Mechanism to ensure Child Protection Policies are in place and effective o Leading the development of digital Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research online platform for data quality o Designing and implementing Quasi-experimental Evaluation to understand the impact of projects’ intervention on beneficiaries life conditions o Reviewing and validating donors’ reports in order to ensure high quality documentation for the project’s field achievements o Maintaining M&E online & offline databases to provide respective persons with all the data needed for evidence-based decision making process

• Job Details:o Support the implementation of project Quasi-experimental evaluation studies and household survey studies to evaluate the project’s impact o Conduct data analysis to anticipate challenges for satisfying the project’s proposed indicators o Leading Evaluation activities through conducting focus group discussions in order to evaluate project’s performance and applicable enhancements o Validating and analyzing data received from the field in addition to formulating success stories stemmed from the project’s accomplishments o Filing weekly and quarterly reports on the project performance and achievement (Both Arabic and English versions) in addition to creating press materials on the project’s status to be distributed at USAID and other partners visits
