• Job Details:-Handle and resolve customer complaints -Respond to customer inquiries -Following up with the customers inquiries -Identify and escalate priority issues -Route inquires to appropriate resource -Provide customers with accurate information about Kidzania, specially; the establishments inside the city -Audit around Kidzania City to guarantee the maximum experience to the customers -Targeting high re-visitation numbers by taking daily feedbacks to make sure that customers are well satisfies -In addition to any extra responsibilities assigned by the Management team
