• Job Details:• Managing the company's cash flow and optimizing liquidity for daily operations. • Responsible for optimization of bank charges and interests and generating credit interest. • Responsible for the cash management cycle of the company and the investment opportunities of the excess cash. • Daily reconciliations of the e-payments with collections of customers’ dues, identify and resolve discrepancies if any. • Preparing the monthly cash flows forecast to identify cash needs and the required funding. • Maintain relationships with banks. • Handling ACH transactions for expenses, promotions, BNPL batches, custodies, loans, payroll, and commissions. • Handling Business Online Banking for bank statement reconciliation, cross-border foreign currencies transfer. • Accurately record all financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other activities related to the Bank/Treasury operations. • Managing petty cash and processing related expenses. • Performing weekly and monthly bank account and petty cash reconciliations on Oracle ERP system. • Prepare daily cash position report and managing daily cash balances. • Manage local bank accounts, and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements. • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions as needed. • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately classified and posted to the appropriate accounts. • Collaborate with the finance team to contribute to the monthly closing process.
