• Job Details:- Supervision & Follow-up work of finishes. - Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to Project. - Managing strategic relationships with projects different consultants. - Take full leadership over the construction site by following up from point throughout submission of drawings for authority approval, contracting, execution up till delivery and after delivery activities.

Architectural Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for all finishing activities such as but not limited to block work & plastering, false ceiling, gypsum walls, painting, tiling and marble works, parquet flooring and landscaping. - Carrying out technical supervision on the ongoing finishing work in all stages to make sure it's compatible with schematics and quality. - Ensure labor are working correctly, implement and maintain permit to dig and other relevant permits. - Continuous coordination with the contractors in order to complete the project on time.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for Reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors. - Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers. - Responsible for creating any required construction details.
