• Job Details:Audit and balance daily transactions (room charges, F&B sales, and other services) using Opera PMS. Generate key financial reports and prepare the system for the next day, Handle late-night check ins/check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve complaints, Run system backups update reservations, and manage daily reports, Ensure safety by addressing emergencies and performing security checks ,Prepare detailed shift notes for morning staff to ensure smooth transitions.
