• Job Details:In my role as a Data Engineer at Giza Systems, I played a key role in developing and optimizing data warehousing solutions to enhance business operations and decision-making. I designed and implemented fact and dimension tables, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval while applying Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs) to maintain historical data accuracy. On the ETL side, I developed complex workflows in Informatica, handling data cleansing, transformation, and loading across multiple systems to maintain data accuracy and integrity. To support scalable data architecture, I created architectural diagrams to represent complex workflows and managed relational models and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for optimized data structuring. I also developed and refined Star and Snowflake Schemas, ensuring high-performance data warehousing. Beyond technical expertise, I strengthened my soft skills through 18 intensive training sessions, covering growth mindset, time management, communication, teamwork, business writing, business ethics, project management, design thinking, personal resilience, presentation skills, people smart and the 7 habits of highly effective people.
