• Job Details:As a trainee at the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank branch in Louran, Alexandria I was given many responsibilities and duties that included: ❖ Assisting the customer services department with all their needs to finalize customer requests, report deliveries and document all daily transactions. ❖ Continued education on current banking products and services offered by banks all across Egypt. ❖ Maintained friendly and professional customer interactions. ❖ Assisted with daily cash reconciliation at a location with a high volume of transactions.
