• Job Details:· Technical overall supervision of construction activities as of installation and welding of piping and pipe line systems, of (CS, SDSS and GRP) including pressure testing, reinstatement, mechanical completion and Pre-commissioning. · Interfacing with internal cross-functional teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure project requirements are met and develop the work breakdown structure. · Attend meetings, walkdowns and report the analysis of daily work progress to management and stakeholders from initiation to completion and document project activities. · Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of QA/QC and safety procedures regulation and strictly making sure they are followed as per OH&S procedures. · Manage and coordinate project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve the maximum possible progress. · Measuring project progress and performance against budget and schedule in order to plan the work as per project schedule with consideration of cost reduction and productivity enhancing. · Troubleshoot for solving the mechanical critical issues and preparing the site risk plan. · Develop, design and modify the isometric as per site condition. · Submitting the change work order to client then prepare root cause analysis of changes and man hour estimates. · Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses and review the invoices.
