• Job Details:• Accomplished Twenty Nine years of experience in the civil engineering construction industry, including Roads & Highways constructions, Bridges, tunnels, Marine works, and Infrastructures, Residential and mixed use development projects, High rise buildings, Hotels (FFE & high end finishing), Headquarters Offices towers, and Luxurious villas. • Extensive experience in all projects management procedures, coupled with functional knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction and Start up work processes. • Highly qualified in project planning (21 years of experience in Primavera P3 & P6), accompanied with functional knowledge in delay analysis and claims preparation / replies, estimation, negotiation, and condition of contracts (FIDIC). • Extensive experience in Management of the overall project controls activities, Development and implementation of best practice policy, process, and procedures for project controls, Analyzing and reporting on all scheduling, cost, and change controls to the Employer. • Proven leadership and significant experience in Multi-projects operations, management, execution, coordination, quality control, and problem solving. • Extensive experience in all contract administration processes, projects correspondences, report writing, organizing and managing shop drawings production, material submittals, and procurement. • Functional knowledge in operating different computer programs such as: Primavera - AutoCAD - Excel spreadsheets - Word processing.
