• Job Details:Completed a 3-week internship at Mercedes’ Service Center in Egypt working under the supervision of the process management and maintenance teams:  Gaining experience in process planning and problem-solving.  Training with the maintenance team on diagnosing cars and identifying the different technical problems.  Worked with different diagnosis programs and helping tools such as; XENTRY, DAS, EPC and WIS.  Gained experience in testing the health of different car components.  Enhanced several non-technical skills such as; communication, time management, responsibility, adaptability and flexibility.

Warehouse operatorPart Time

• Job Details:Worked as a warehouse operative as a part of the picking team, which helped me gain a lot of experience in communicating with different people from various backgrounds. Our responsibility to deliver all orders on time also helped me develop my time management skills.
