• Job Details:▪Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits. ▪Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues. ▪collecting payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. ▪Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. ▪Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. ▪Make sure from day financial transaction, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data.

• Job Details:▪ Responsible about daily Journal Entry. ▪ Creating invoices. ▪ Handling daily Treasury cash balances and determine cash requirements needs to cover payments for suppliers and other expenses. ▪ Create a monthly income statement with all details. ▪ Making weekly clients reports. ▪ Follow-up of clients collections and make sure from deposits. ▪ Making monthly taxes reports. ▪ Analyzing payable and receivable and show their effect on profit. ▪ Responsible for establishing and monitoring a system of internal controls.
