• Job Details:• Accountable for managing medium/ large complex projects/ projects part of program. • Responsible for delivering the agreed outcomes required from the project. • Conduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage customer expectations both stated and un-stated. • Estimate times for all activities and prepare delivery schedule. • Control performance to meet the deadlines according to the schedule. • Plan, allocate and manage budgets. • Manage third party equipment and suppliers. • Responsible for delivering the agreed outcomes required from the project. • Conduct stakeholder analysis, define and manage customer expectations both stated and unstated. • Liaise with the business units for project inputs and regularly report to the sponsor. • Establish quality requirements with customer and manage project to ensure compliance. • Manage the interface between internal resources and the customer. • Ensure acceptance of project deliverables by stakeholder/customer/sponsor.

IT System Analyst & Business Solutions SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Deliever digital solutions (Workflows, RPA, IoT, Data Analytics) for business functions. • Resolve applications/software issues related to (SharePoint, Skype for Business Enterprise & Microsoft Office 365). • Provide training sessions for business users. • Provide IT tier 1 & 2 end user services support.
