• Job Details:Job Duties: - Being able to read company legal docs - Identifying company’s’ (Ultimate Beneficiary Owners), with their percentages, and authorities. - Execute corporate CIFs and accounts related operations accurately and on a timely manner. - Ensure having a complete and proper CIF and KYC required documentation according to bank procedures. - Coordinate with Compliance and Legal divisions for any case that may require legal or compliance approvals. - Being able to read company - Took part in preparing monthly and daily reports, that are reported to (ORM, Compliance, and other stakeholders). - Providing training sessions to other stakeholder (branches officers) with latest Account Opening requirements and answering all inquiries related to Account Opening process. - Taking part in new systems testing and updating with group IT department
