• Job Details:• Following several dozens of SOPs (standard operation practices), GLP (good laboratory practices); and many ISO, FDA, and pharmacopoeias guidelines to ensure the validity of the data outputted from the lab. • Preparation of study samples (blood plasma from volunteers) for injection in UPLC-MS (ultra-performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry). • Validating UPLC-MS data by inspecting the deviation of analyte readings from the internal standards and deviation of quality control samples in all data set, as well as ensuring calibration curve meets the prepared concentrations of the external standard. • Performing dissolution studies to mimic the body’s digestive system and drug interaction, and injecting the samples in HPLC machine. • Regular verification of instruments (scales, pH meters, etc.). • Preparation of media solutions of different pH for dissolution studies, and preparation of external standards (working solution) with serially diluted concentration for calibration.
