• Job Details:1. Doing various human resources functions, such as issuing HR letters to employees. 2. Booking hotel accommodation for newcomers and arranging transportation for them (From airport to hotel and from hotel to permanent homes). 3. Finding apartments for the newcomer teachers. 4. Welcoming Expats and their families at the airport upon their arrival for the rst time. 5. Arranging welcome packages purchase and delivery to apartments for the new teachers. 6. Getting medical approvals for all Local employees 24/7 through NextCare & MedNet insurance. 7. Getting medical approvals for all Expat employees 24/7 through AXA International insurance. 8. Getting new oers for medical insurance companies. 9. Handling all medical reimbursements, receiving invoices and reports, sending them to the company and delivering checks to employees. 10. Follow up payments and records. 11. Troubleshoot employee problems with the insurance companies. 12. Issue customs letters to teachers who want to import or export their belongings. 13. Follow up with both parties to make sure the shipping process goes smoothly. 14. Issuing shipping refund invoices & allowances for Expats. 15. Book ights for expats and their families through our travel agency. 16. Aiding Expat teachers when obtaining their Egyptian criminal records clearance. 17. Assisting work permits and visa representative with weekly tasks such as communication with Expat staff and their families, organizing visa runs to immigration office and getting support documents to help obtain the necessary permits.
