• Job Details:Quality Production Leader  Managing the Quality organization of Decathlon Brands in 3 outsourced suppliers with value of $14 million.  Process: supervising the production process along with the supplier’s quality and production managers.  Product: inspecting the exported orders and responsible for the exported shipments.  Implementing the Decathlon Production Requirements (DPR) and Decathlon Control Standards (DCS) at the suppliers.  Leading the suppliers for the human, social and environmental Audits and Quality Assessments.  Quality Assessor:  Realizing quality assessment.  Spreading the sense of the new quality assessment in my perimeter.  Supporting new assessors from the theoretical training.  QIM Trainer (Quality Indicators Monitoring):  Giving the training to quality department members worldwide  Member in the training committee which responsible to develop (Training material, self-evaluation-learning)
