• Job Details:➢ Performing Primary Acceptance of Hybrid solar power stations of international internet cables sites after testing all the components of these sites, starting with the Diesel Generators and then the Solar panels and their Regulator Modules which supply (DC power) to Battery sets& Fiber Optic Racks of international internet cables and the Inverter Modules which feed the Electrical devices through the whole site. ➢ Operating and Maintenance of various types of Solar panels (ARECO SOLAR Areco 260WP & SOLAR WORLD SW255 poly and SUNTECH STP445S). ➢ Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Various types of Solar Regulator modules from different Vendors (Huawei S4875G5 & DELTA PVC2200B and ELTEK Flatpack). ➢Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Various types of Rectifiers Control Modules from different Vendors (Huawei SMU01B&SMU02C & ZTE CSU520B & ZXDU58/90A and DELTA ORION TPS1020025A). ➢ Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Various types of Rectifier modules from different Vendors (Huawei R4875G&R4830G & ZTE ZXD1500&POW40A and DELTA TPS1010016C). ➢ Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Various types of Inverter modules from different Vendors (Huawei I23003G & ELTEK DIV series Inverter 2000VA and DELTA TSI-EPC BRAVO). ➢ Testing Smart Lithium-ion Batteries of Various types & capacities from different Vendors (Huawei ESM-48100B1/ESM-48100C1-100Ah & NARADA 48NPFC150-150Ah /48NPFC100-100Ah). ➢ Testing Battery Strings of Various types & capacities from different Vendors (Power Safe 12 OPzV 1500Ah & BAE 16 OPzV 2300Ah & Hoppecke 12 OPzV 1500Ah and Sonnenschein A600 3200Ah). ➢ Perform Preventative Maintenance of (Solar panels & Solar regulator modules & Rectifiers & Inverters & Diesel Generators and Closed control air-conditioning.) ➢ Performing a real test of Hybrid solar power stations of International Internet Cables sites through a period from 3 to 5 days and for 24 hours/day on load banks to analyze the system's performance and then representing the test results through a PowerPoint presentation. ➢ Testing ATS (Automatic Transfer switch) panels, and Sync (synchronized) panels at the manufacturers' factories. ➢ Testing various types of Earthing systems by measuring the resistance of each rod in every earth pit in the earthing system using the KYORITSU digital earth tester. ➢ Performing Primary Acceptance of the Telecommunication towers (Telecom Network Towers) of different types (Roof-Top (R.T) & Green Field (G.F) & Palm Tree (P.T) and Shared sites with other operators). ➢ Performing Primary Acceptance of the Telecom Network Towers of (Power cable path from the outside PVC pipes which is buried into the ground to the internal Cable-tray path, Measuring and Testing the Earthing system of the site, Checking the system circuit breakers families, and testing the system sensors, Testing and detecting Flapping Rectifiers and all of these tests is being done live with the NOC Team). ➢ Performing Primary Acceptance of the Telecom Network Towers of different Vendors and Systems: Nokia FPRB System& Nokia AAOB System& ELTEK Flatpack System and ENETEK ETR System. ➢ Testing and troubleshooting of Various types of Rectifier Modules from different Vendors (Emerson FPRB-AA27530L modules& ELTEK Flatpack2 48V-60V/2000W HE& Nokia MR483000HG2A and ENETEK ETR 3048). ➢ Certified Instructor at the Training and Development Sector at Telecom Egypt, Responsible for training Fresh graduate Engineers, and a wide range of technicians throughout the whole company, starting with simple theoretical training which is supported by presentations, and then moving into the second part of the training which is practical training in sites to improve and raise their technical skills. ➢ Designing and preparing different types of Scientific materials and presentations according to each course title.

• Job Details:➢ Installation and Operation of various types of Diesel Generators at sites. ➢ Installation and Operation of various types of Light Towers units. ➢ Perform Preventive and scheduled Maintenance of Diesel Generators on sites. ➢ Troubleshooting and Maintenance of (PERKINS & DOOSAN & LOMBARDINI & MWM & VOLVO PENTA) diesel engines and alternators (STAMFORD & MECC-ALTE & LEORY SOMER) and gas units of GENERAC (MODEL #6998 and MODEL #7209). ➢ Troubleshooting and Installing software for all types of DEEP-SEA controllers (5110, 5120, 8610, 8810, 8610MKII,6320MKII,7310,7310MKII,7320, 7320MKII)، SICES (GC 315) controller and EMKO (TRANS-ATS& EAOM – 9F) controller. ➢ Installing and connecting ATS (Automatic transfer switch) and MDB (Main distribution board) panels to the generator set and estimating the total connected load. ➢ Troubleshooting and installation of different models of AVR cards (STAMFORD® AS440 Automatic Voltage Regulator& STAMFORD® SX460 Automatic Voltage Regulator& STAMFORD® AS480 Automatic Voltage Regulator& R-150 Automatic Voltage Regulator LEORY-SOMER& R-120 Automatic Voltage Regulator LEORY-SOMER& MECC-ALTE DSR& MECC-ALTE DER1& MECC-ALTE DER2). ➢ Supervises, directs, monitors, and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for generator technicians under our supervision and also controls the visiting dates of technicians to sites. ➢Site inspection and preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and prepare technical field service reports. ➢Handling all services, troubleshooting, and maintenance issues related to the Engine & Alternator & Controller following all protection and safety measures. ➢Coordinate with the spare parts department to perform Job Quotations to verify the completed job against customer complaints and provide all needed spare parts to the sites that are in our maintenance contracts list. ➢ Provide outstanding customer service, Advice, and support customers on best practices, and new services, and recommend new products for existing system upgrading with new Electrical panels& Electrical components or new diesel generators that will meet customer needs and achieve high performance of the entire system. ➢Leads field services for existing system upgrades and coordinates between planning and execution on customer site, finally ensuring customer satisfaction. ➢Support customers and make good relations with them, make use of any business opportunities outside the current scope of work, and lead them directly to the sales team to supply them with offers. ➢Assist& Support and monitor the Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance and analyzing the data of each site every month. ➢Remotely support and troubleshoot with customers, investigate the origin of the breakdown, submit fixes, and schedule site visits if the situation is needed. ➢Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during the startup of Electrical Panels or diesel generators to ensure a successful primary acceptance. ➢ Responsible for summer training of undergraduate students and fresh graduate engineers as I was responsible for preparing the presentations and the specific materials of every session in a simple way to deliver the information more easily. ➢ Interact with students during sessions and perform suitable exams, Support the training with a great practical part, and revise the previous sessions before starting a new one to ensure good information understanding and refreshment of previous information and lessons.
