• Job Details:o Performed environmental monitoring using viable and non-viable methods for classified areas. o Performing sterility test for finished products using closed systems, and method validation for raw materials, and sterility test of finished products. o Analysis of raw materials using total microbial count, and Bacterial endotoxin identification methods. o Performing disinfectant efficacy test for several disinfectants and sporicidal agents. o Culture media, disinfectants, and sporicidal agents’ preparation. o Handling and preparation of standard strains and their dilutions, and performing growth promotion test o Preparing all types of media, performing all related tests growth promotion test and related studies. o LAL test (Reconstitution and confirmation for Reagents) o Water analysis (City water, purified water and water for injection).
