• Job Details:o Challenge and test Business Policies in reality and evaluate its validity to business context, and check if Business Processes are linked to Business Policies. o Support Sectors and Departments to develop Policies and its relevant Processes including detailed Procedures, Workflow charts, KPIs, and Forms. o Develop Reports about visits, questionnaires, and interviews with employees and customers for sectors workplaces (factory, branches of Swedish, branches of Shabana Stores, and Corporate warehouses), including recommendations. o Investigate KPIs records delivered by sectors and departments monthly, quarterly, and annually. o Analyze and continually improve fundamental activities such as commercial, manufacturing, communications and other major elements of Group’s operations. o encompass mechanisms and philosophies such as lean, six sigma and TQM workflow management, balanced scorecard, expert systems and business rules, Computer Aided Software Engineering and process modeling tools to manage processes more efficiently (producing the desired results), effectively (minimizing the resources used) and adaptably (being able to meet changing customer and business needs). o Support corporate focuses on how to utilize the strategic value of ERP technology to create ways to assure processes’ excellence and achieve a competitive advantage (through cooperation with functional/business AX consultant). o Focus on positioning the organization in such way that all business units in the organization are linked in the value chain of transforming inputs to outputs going through flows of processes, to benefit all stakeholders of the organization. o Achieve Effective BPM rests on the twin pillars of ‘fertile’ culture and communication exchanges.

Business Process Management Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:o Follow up setting of company policies, strategies & company objectives. o Follow up setting of departments’ objectives complying with the company strategic objectives. o Enhance the company Quality culture and the employees’ Awareness. o Coordinate in setting company improvement plans. o Follow up the department performance regarding customer satisfaction and communications. o Follow up setting and applying polices for employees’ evaluation. o Setting a departmental action plan for documents and records collection. o Reviewing departments’ processes maps. o Reviewing the implementation of the processes & forms used and provide departmental recommendations. o Implementation of improvement projects using lean & 6 sigma methodology. o Conducting workshops to increase employees’ awareness about the policies, process, & forms and their implementation. o Putting processes key performance indicators related to each department. o Preparing periodic reports about the administrative system. o Conducting of competitors bench marking o Analyzing the received departments’ reports to identify the potential week points and chronic problems and the possibility to improve it. o Preparation of audit plans, audit teams, and audit reports. o Follow up the customer satisfaction results.

Quality Assurance Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:o Establishing Quality Management system. o Performed internal QA audit to ensure good implementation of Quality Management System at company sites. o To provide objective proof that the quality system complies not only with international standards, but also with requirements of customers or international certifying bodies. o Discuss updates of new regulations with Department Manager and relevant departments. o Assist in developing annual audit plan and submit to superiors for review and approval. o Assist in coordinating the company’s response to audit findings and recommendations. o Conduct regular visits to verify quality system implementation as required. o Conduct periodic training workshops to promote awareness of internal controls and to discuss changes in policies that will impact the system flow of information. o Participate in various committees or task forces geared to policy / procedure development and operational improvements.
