• Job Details:1. Studying the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). 2. Preparation of shop drawings and update the shop drawing log before sending it to consultant for approvals. 3. Studying and preparation of requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. 4. Preparation of quantity survey and update the quantity survey log before sending it to consultant for approvals. 5. Preparation of Variations and prices breakdown. 6. Preparation of invoices. 7. Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve. 8. Preparation of as‐built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
