• Job Details:o Review main contractors detailed schedules to contractual milestones. o Review and develop financial & extension of time claims. o Develop monthly reports o Review detailed & updated contractors time schedule for consent &approval o Prepare projects cash flow (in & out) and identify financial gabs.

VICE PROJECT MANAGEMENTFull Time

• Job Details:Job Description: Responsible for executing The Company’s operational planning and project management activities. •Ensure that all project management plans are developed and carried out in line with company standards •Monitor the construction licenses process via technical office. •Monitor consultants design stages for tendering packages to comply with projected plan. • Preparing the implementation plan of the project to comply with delivery stages, •Develop progress reports for monitoring project performance and analyses delays reasons (execution rats, contracting issues orate drawings). •Develop projected contractual plan and follow up with the contracts office. •Review and confirm project procurement plans per project construction deliverable. •Monitor and control project cost and analyze variances to budgeted cost.
