  • Job Details:Ensure that all required new employee forms are properly prepared and signed. Support the new employees' orientation process. Create new employee personnel files. Prepare social insurance forms 1 and 6. Prepare medical insurance forms 111 and 101. Follow up with employees' contracts, renewals, and resignations. Handle Medical claims -Approvals -Medical cards & refund with the medical company. Maintain personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date. Issue HR Letters for employees. Track the employee's attendance and annual leaves. Perform any other related tasks when needed and supports other assigned functions.
