• Job Details:Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities: • Handling clients ‘40:50 clients per day’ with their cases. • Sending mails to branches, supervisors, and back office to make activation for debit & credit cards. • Gaining experience on how to communicate with all levels and dealing with them. Tele sales Agent Duties & Responsibilities: • Clients with credit card cancellation requests contacted to see what they face and trying to make them retained. • Working on how to get all services on bank clear to clients. • Making installments on cards and transactions clear with it benefits for clients with achieving required target. • Working on activating credit cards. • Part out of sales, but we also contact the clients with transactions that sent by fraud team.
