• Job Details:* Talent Acquisition Specialist | Massive & Technical Recruitment - Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes "Main task". - Screens potential profiles, conducts on-the-phone interviews with candidates & scheduling interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening through (social platforms and professional networks). - Following up with the client and sending the job offer to the selected candidate. - Coordinates with Client & candidates accepted from the first interview for scheduling the second interview - Oversee Rawaj’s recruitment service entirety. This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruiting team, and monitoring the recruiting team’s performance. The goal is always to make the Rawaj recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible. * Talent Acquisition Coordinator | Executive Search | 3 Months - Receives hiring requests from Account Managers: Posting open positions, screening and filtering CVs, phone interviews, and Profiles evaluation. - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in Egypt & Saudi Arabia. - Using our Applicant Tracking System, evaluate candidate information such as resumes and contact information (Talent Lyft & Odoo). - Searches for qualified candidates based on relevant job criteria by utilizing databases, Internet recruiting resources, and media. - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. - Informing the candidate about the job's responsibilities, salary, and benefits. - Prepare interview and selection procedures, such as phone screenings, assessments, and in-person interviews.
