Manage the pharmacy’s budget, monitor expenses, and seek ways to reduce costs without compromising quality of service. Oversee strategies to increase revenue, such as expanding services or improving operational efficiencies. Ensure that the pharmacy management system is running smoothly, including prescription management, inventory tracking, and patient records. Ensure that patient data and pharmacy operations are protected in line with privacy regulations. Oversee the ordering, storage, and management of medications and supplies. Ensure stock levels are appropriate to meet demand. Ensure that medications are stored, dispensed, and handled according to regulations, with an emphasis on patient safety.
